Introkurs til Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga means to sequence body postures (asana) and to connect them with your own breath. In this class, you are going to build up strength, flexibility and balance both physically and mentally.

In the Introcourse, we are going to focus on fundamental yoga principles, including breathing techniques, fluid practice at your own pace, adjusting basic poses to suit your body, and an introduction to meditation

I want to give you the fundamental tool that you need for a blissful yoga practice

VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa Yoga means to sequence body postures (asana) and to connect them with your own breath. In this class, you are going to build up strength, flexibility and balance both physically and mentally. Every Vinyasa class starts with a Mantra (5 min) followed by the asana practice (60 min). After a nice relexation (5 min), we finish the class with pranayama (breathing technique) and a short meditation (5 min).

Our goal is to leave the class with a feeling of clarity, lightness and happiness.
